Get Safe Online Ambassadors
Get Safe Online has been providing online safety advice for over 15 years through the provision of its website, public events and campaigns to help ensure that people enjoy a safe and secure experience online and avoid becoming a victim of crime or other harms. This is to provide individuals, families, the self employed and small independent businesses with the confidence to use the internet safely and securely.
Get Safe Online has a strong commitment to free, open, inclusive and secure online activity for all. The Ambassador Scheme welcomes people from under-represented groups to reflect the communities in which they live to promote online safety awareness and good practice. This opportunity is open to all without discrimination and regardless of age, gender, gender orientation, disability, race, ethnicity or location. We are seeking a wide and diverse range of applicants to reach parts of your community that otherwise may remain vulnerable to online threats.
The Ambassador Scheme is an exciting venture that empowers those taking part to make a difference in their communities by providing people with the necessary awareness of online safety to enable them to protect themselves and others.
